The whole process starts with purchasing, where the company can enter all the suppliers and orders it is buying.

Product registration can be done automatically using the suppliers' XML files or manually, whichever way each company prefers. Once the order has been placed and approved, the company can approve the entry into stock for resale and the title for payment in accounts payable. Once the product is available in stock, it counts as a balance for sellers, where we offer two billing methods.

Control your sales

The first way is for the salesperson to start with the quote. Once the customer has approved it, the stock is removed, the order's NF-e is generated and it is automatically posted to the financial system with the chosen payment method and deadline. If the company chooses to invoice at the cash desk, the order goes through another stage so that payment methods can be chosen, the NF-e, Coupon Fiscal or SAT is generated and then the receipt is completed. Payments received in cash remain in the daily cash register and payments made in installments automatically go to accounts receivable. Once the sales routine has been launched, administrative control will flow as normal, with the appropriate financial checks, bank reconciliations, etc.
